Official Notice of Amendment to Terms of Use / End User License Agreement (EULA)
Date of Notification: May 30 2025
Dear Community,
This message serves as formal notice that Laniatus LLC, in accordance with its reserved rights under the governing Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA), will implement material amendments to the aforementioned agreement.
Pursuant to the provisions of the current agreement, users are hereby notified of these changes no less than thirty (30) days in advance of their effective date.
Effective Date of Amendments:
Effective Date – June 30 2025
Should you wish to decline the updated terms, you may exercise your right to terminate the agreement without penalty before the effective date. Continued access to or use of the M2M service after the effective date will constitute formal acceptance of the revised agreement in its entirety.

These amendments shall not apply retroactively, and this notification has been delivered via email, notification, and is publicly accessible through official Laniatus LLC communication channels.

Dear PlayM2M Players,
We have made important updates to our End User License Agreement (EULA) to improve the user experience and provide a fairer gaming environment. Below you will find a detailed list of the changes made:
1. ARTICLE 2. vi - COMMERCIAL USE
PREVIOUS VERSION:
"You are PROHIBITED from EXPLOITING the Game Software or any of its parts for any COMMERCIAL PURPOSE. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Game Software in a CYBER CAFÉ, COMPUTER GAMING CENTER, or any other location-based site WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT of Laniatus LLC.”
NEW VERSION:
"THE GAME IS PROVIDED FOR PERSONAL ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. COMMERCIAL USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USE IN CYBER CAFÉS, COMPUTER GAMING CENTERS, OR STREAMING/CONTENT CREATION FOR MONETARY GAIN, REQUIRES PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM LANIATUS LLC. USERS MAY REQUEST COMMERCIAL USE AUTHORIZATION BY CONTACTING OUR LICENSING DEPARTMENT. UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE IS PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION."
Change: A more flexible approach to commercial use has been adopted, and the option to request permission through the licensing department has been added.
2. ARTICLE 5 - ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
PREVIOUS VERSION:
"YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY ACCOUNT... ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO SUCH ACCOUNTS ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF Laniatus LLC.”
NEW:
"YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY ACCOUNT... HOWEVER, YOU ARE GRANTED A LIMITED LICENSE TO USE AND ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT AND ITS ASSOCIATED CONTENT FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICE. ALL UNDERLYING RIGHTS IN AND TO SUCH ACCOUNTS AND THE SERVICE INFRASTRUCTURE SHALL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF LANIATUS LLC. ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT YOU CREATE WITHIN THE GAME IS LICENSED TO LANIATUS LLC ON A NON-EXCLUSIVE, ROYALTY-FREE BASIS SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING AND IMPROVING THE SERVICE.
Change: Users are granted a limited license to access their accounts and content, and a clearer licensing structure has been established for user-generated content.
3. ARTICLE 6 - ACCOUNT SUSPENSION/DELETION
PREVIOUS VERSION:
“Laniatus LLC MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU."
NEW VERSION:
“LANIATUS LLC reserves the right to suspend, terminate, modify, or delete any account in cases of Terms of Service violations, extended inactivity, or other circumstances that may compromise the integrity of the service. IN CASES OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OR PERMANENT TERMINATION DUE TO VIOLATIONS, LANIATUS LLC WILL GENERALLY PROVIDE REASONING FOR SUCH ACTIONS, THOUGH THE SPECIFIC DETAILS OF INVESTIGATIONS MAY REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL. USERS MAY APPEAL ACCOUNT ACTIONS THROUGH THE DESIGNATED SUPPORT CHANNELS.”
Change: Account closure reasons have been specified, users have been granted the right to appeal, and a more transparent process has been established.
4. ARTICLE 9 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
PREVIOUS VERSION:
“Laniatus LLC reserves the right... to change, modify... any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement... effective with or without prior notice.“
NEW VERSION:
”LANIATUS LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT... TO CHANGE, MODIFY... ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT... USERS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF MATERIAL CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS IN ADVANCE VIA EMAIL OR PROMINENT IN-GAME NOTIFICATION. USERS WHO OBJECT TO MATERIAL CHANGES MAY EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT WITHIN THE NOTIFICATION PERIOD.”
Change: A 30-day advance notice requirement has been added for material changes, and users are granted the right to object.
5. ARTICLE 15.A & 15.B - SYSTEM MONITORING
PREVIOUS VERSION:
“THE M2M MAY MONITOR YOUR COMPUTER'S RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM) AND/OR CPU PROCESSES FOR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS...”
“Laniatus LLC MAY OBTAIN CERTAIN IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR COMPUTER, INCLUDING... HARD DRIVES, CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT, IP ADDRESS(ES) AND OPERATING SYSTEM(S)...”
NEW:
"THE M2M CLIENT OPERATES AS A REAL-TIME, FULL-TIME APPLICATION THAT REQUIRES CERTAIN SYSTEM MONITORING CAPABILITIES TO ENSURE OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE, PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT, AND MAINTAIN GAME INTEGRITY... THIS MONITORING IS ESSENTIAL FOR PREVENTING CHEATING, MAINTAINING FAIR GAMEPLAY, AND ENABLING OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM TO ASSIST WITH PERFORMANCE ISSUES...”
“TO FACILITATE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND IMPROVE SERVICE QUALITY, THE M2M CLIENT MAY COLLECT CERTAIN TECHNICAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SYSTEM... THIS INFORMATION IS USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR TROUBLESHOOTING, OPTIMIZATION, AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE. ALL DATA COLLECTION IS CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE PRIVACY LAWS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.”
Change: The reasons for system monitoring have been explained, stating that it is for technical support and performance optimization purposes, and compliance with privacy laws has been emphasized.
Effective Date
These changes will take effect 30 days after this notice. Users who object to the changes may terminate the agreement within this period.
